The plumber who came out from Organic Heating was “Taylor”, who was very polite, personable, efficient, explained everything very well. He asked about our water systems, and soon worked out the best way to approach the work. The end result was what we hoped for and Taylor specifically made sure the job was well finished, going out to get some sealant he did not have with him. We were very pleased.

I had my yearly boiler service done. Organic Heating contacted me prior to this to remind me. I booked in straight away. The gentleman that came was really nice and i felt comfortable with him in my home. The previous year my whole boiler system had been installed by the same people so i really wanted to stick with them for my service. From the very first contact to the day of the install, the professionalism and customer service has been exemplary. Kevin kept us up to date periodically and was able to track progress via a spreadsheet. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was always a solution for any mishap. The quality of workmanship is excellent. He stuck to the predicted price so no costing surprises. I cannot recommend Organic heating highly enough!!
