The plumber who came out from Organic Heating was “Taylor”, who was very polite, personable, efficient, explained everything very well. He asked about our water systems, and soon worked out the best way to approach the work. The end result was what we hoped for and Taylor specifically made sure the job was well finished, going out to get some sealant he did not have with him. We were very pleased.

My request was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, a suitable pair of well-explained quotes were given, and an engineer was on site within one working day. The thorough approach led to a resolution of long-standing issues and the work was conducted very cleanly. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that works so efficiently and effectively.

I had my yearly boiler service done. Organic Heating contacted me prior to this to remind me. I booked in straight away. The gentleman that came was really nice and i felt comfortable with him in my home. The previous year my whole boiler system had been installed by the same people so i really wanted to stick with them for my service. All the people i have encountered using the company have been very pleasant and always updated me on the works and were very very clean and tidy. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

From the very first contact to the day of the install, the professionalism and customer service has been exemplary. Kevin kept us up to date periodically and was able to track progress via a spreadsheet. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was always a solution for any mishap. The quality of workmanship is excellent. He stuck to the predicted price so no costing surprises. I cannot recommend Organic heating highly enough!!
